I’m a researcher at the Bennett Institute for Applied Data Science at the University of Oxford. I enjoy developing tools that make it easier and more fun to work with clinical data:
- opencodecounts is a publicly available, interactive online tool and R package for analysing clinical code usage in England
- suddengains and lcsm are R packages to analyse changes in clinical measures over time
- ehrQL is a query language written in Python to make it easier to work with electronic health records
My work involves using these tools to study changes in clinical measures during psychological therapies 1 2 and to evaluate the quality of clinical care using electronic health records 3.
